Using our modern looms, we produce woven labels with vibrant colors and fine details from recycled polyester (rPET) or cotton, such as Novinera, Flexinera, or Cottonera Nova. We weave Cottonera Classic cotton labels according to your design on our historic shuttle looms. This special weaving process creates a subtle color appearance. Lettering and designs look embroidered but are actually woven directly into the ribbon. Please note for woven cotton labels: The ends of the labels cannot be heat sealed. They may therefore fray slightly and should always be sewn on with the ends folded under.
