Depending on the chosen woven structure and material, labels are produced in different looks. With our modern looms we produce woven labels with strong colours and fine structures made of rPET synthetic fibre or cotton, e.g. Novinera, Flexinera or Cottonera Premium. On our historic shuttle looms we weave cotton labels Cottonera Classic according to your design. The special weaving process creates a subtle colouring. Lettering and motif appear to be stitched, but are woven into the band. Please note for cotton woven labels: The ends of the labels cannot be heat-sealed. They therefore fray out slightly and should always be sewn on with a folded back.
