Do I have to pay extra to use the Texy AI assistant?
No, you can enter as many ideas and test as many design suggestions as you'd like. You only pay the regular price for your selected material once you've chosen a design and ordered your finished custom label.
Which products can I use the AI design assistant for?
Texy currently supports laser-engraved labels, Satinera labels, organic cotton labels, stickers, and DTF iron-on transfers. Additional products will be added gradually.
What happens if I don't like my personalized product?
For added peace of mind, DORTEX offers a satisfaction guarantee with returns up to a merchandise value of $90. You can review your design in the configurator before ordering and optionally request a manual file review before production begins.
