My focus is on clear structures, customer-focused solutions, open communication, and the continuous improvement of processes. What I value most is being part of the company’s dynamic development and ongoing growth.

A positive team atmosphere matters a lot to me. I value collaboration and a healthy work-life balance. That also includes being able to bring my dog to work. Breaks outdoors often spark new ideas and fresh solutions.

In my free time, I love sewing myself. It helps me understand our products from a real user’s perspective.
