As a Project Manager at DORTEX, I make sure that great ideas turn into outstanding products. My day-to-day work focuses on coordinating our internal processes so that every project — from standard labels to fully customized solutions — is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Continuous process optimization is especially important to me. I regularly question existing workflows to make them even more efficient and transparent — for us and, above all, for you as our customers. For me, a project is only truly complete when quality assurance gives the green light and the final result matches your expectations exactly.

It motivates me every day to strike the right balance between technical feasibility and your creative ideas, and in doing so, actively shape the ongoing development of DORTEX.
