We print your design in one color in your chosen shade (black, brown, green, raspberry) on undyed, natural cotton. Choose a height of either 20 mm or 35 mm for your printed fabric labels. The length varies depending on your design and production needs. The long edges are woven. The printed fabric labels are washable up to 60° C.

We produce your printed cotton labels individually starting from 20 pieces and deliver them to you on a roll for easy cutting at home. Each label is marked with cutting guides so you can cut quickly and precisely every time.
Since cotton cannot be sealed, the cut edges will fray. It’s best to fold the labels and sew them on, or insert the cotton labels directly into the seam. In the configurator, you’ll see a 15 mm margin on both sides that you should leave free for folding or sewing into the seam.

Our tip for sewing in: Design your 35 mm labels so you can fold them in the center and sew them into the seam. You can easily rotate motifs, text, and logos in the configurator. This way, you get a vertical cotton label that you can fold yourself in the middle. Make sure to leave at least 4 mm in the center for the fold.

Want a clean, compact label? A simple design with just your name or logo often does the job. Need more space for QR codes, extra lines, or a folded finish? The 35 mm height gives you plenty of room.

Are organic cotton labels safe for baby clothing and toys?

Yes. Our organic cotton labels for clothing meet the European DIN EN 71-3 toy safety standard and pass strict testing by the Bremen Environmental Institute (report L 4203 FT-2). How do you cut organic cotton labels cleanly?

You receive your labels on a roll with clear cutting marks. Follow those lines for a neat cut. Cotton frays at open edges, so you fold the label and sew it in place or insert it directly into the seam for a tidy look.
